Whether you're hosting a workshop, meeting, or celebration, our facility has everything you need for success. The rental includes access to various spaces such as the Entrance, Studio, Room A, Room B, and the Kitchenette. Additionally, the retail space can be booked based on availability, allowing you to tailor your event to your needs. We also provide additional furnishings onsite at a minimal cost, including chairs, tables, and sign stands, to help you create the perfect setup for your occasion. Full Facility

The Full Facility at Operation Grow is the ideal spot for your next event or gala. With 3135 sq.ft available across two floors including a Commercial Kitchen outfitted with everything you need to host your next do with success. The Full Facility rental includes access to the following spaces: Entrance, Commercial Kitchen, Studio, Room A, Room B and the Kitchenette. The Retail Space can be booked out in addition based on availability.

Onsite we have a mix of additional furnishing that can be booked at a minimal cost to set-up this space as needed, these include: 65 white chairs, 4 folding tables, 20 mediation chairs, 4 sign stands.

Studio

This is a great space for events, screenings, workshops and large meetings. Book this room along with the other Level Level Rooms, Kitchenette and order Food Service from the team at Operation Grow for the perfect offsite team getaway.

General Furnishing & Equipment
The Studio comes clear of any set furnishing so you can book out what you need at a minimal cost, available furnishing include: 65 white chairs, 4 folding tables, 20 mediation chairs, 4 sign stands. The Studio comes with a monitor and connection cords for easy set-up with any laptop computer and an audio system.

Current Hourly Rate: $40/hour (low volume discount available, based on capacity)

Room A

This is a great space for presentations, auditions and meetings. Combine this room with Room B for an even larger meeting space. Room A and Room B are generally divided with a sliding wall.

General Furnishing & Equipment

This room comes with a large module table set-up in boardroom style ready
to seat 12 people with 8 additional chairs. Onsite we have a mix of additional furnishing that can be booked along with this room at a minimal cost, these include: 65 white chairs, 4 folding tables, 20 mediation chairs, 4 sign stands. Room A comes with a monitor and connection cords for easy set-up with any laptop computer.

This is a great space for collaboration sessions, workshops and meetings. Combine this room with Room A for an even larger meeting space. Room A and Room B are generally divided with a sliding wall.

This room comes with multiple module tables setup in classroom style ready to seat 26 people with 9 additional stacked chairs. Onsite we have a mix of additional furnishing that can be booked along with this room at a minimal cost, these include: 65 white chairs, 4 folding tables, 20 mediation chairs, 4 sign stands. Room A comes with a monitor and connection cords for easy set-up with any laptop computer.
